All of our animals are spayed or
neutered before placement in a home.  
We provide medical care, such as
vaccinations, heartworm treatment if
necessary, and heartworm
preventative.  We also microchip our
animals before adoption.

Yes, you heard correct!!  I want to come home with
YOU and be your new best friend.  My name is
Cassie and, as you can see, I am the most beautiful
dog at Tails of Hope (at least I like to think so).  I
was brought to TOH after wonderful people found
me wandering by Malloy Street Bridge.  I am about
2 years old, crate trained & house broken.  Do you
have any doggie treats?  Those are my favorite!
Hi there.  I'm Buddy.  I am a 1-1/2
year old terrier mix.  Tails of Hope
calls me "the kissing king"
because I love to lick and give
constant kisses.  I am crate trained
&  house-broken.  I love running
around the yard playing with my
best friend, Boudreaux, the Tails of
Hope Mastiff.  I ride good in the car
[and the golf cart] and I don't chew
on anything except my bones.  Oh
yeah, and I love treats, too! My
bags are packed and I'm all ready
to come home with you....

Howdy, my name is Tripp!  Are you a
Terrier fan?  I sure hope so because I
am a 2-year old Airedale Terrier mix.  
As you probably already know, I am a
sweet, gentle, and loving breed of dog
that would love to make my way into
your home!  I was injured when I was
younger, so I only have 3 legs now.  
But that doesn't stop me because I
love to run & play with my human and
canine friends.  I have the sweetest
disposition and get along well with

Hello!!  My name is Harley!  Pleased to meet
ya'!  I am a one year old Shepherd mix &
I'm just a barrel of fun!  I love playing with
other puppy dogs & running the field with

came to us through a local shelter.  She came
here with her litter of puppies... yes, she's the
mother of Spock, Buddha, Brownie, Tipster &
Margarita!  Elize is fully vaccinated, spayed,

sweetheart is super calm, house trained, quiet,
and all ready to go to her new forever home.  
She's had a hard life and deserves somebody to

Well Hello!  I'm Mattie, the 5 year
old Heeler/Australian Cattle Dog
everybody has been talking
about. Unfortunately when I was
younger my family picked up and
moved leaving me behind, without
any food or water.  Fortunately the
next door neighbors noticed and
came by every day to feed me.  
This went on for almost a year
before they decided to take me to
the city shelter.  Tails of Hope got
wind of this story and decided to
take me in to their facility so I can
finally find my new family to love.  
I'm VERY loyal and love nothing
more than lying on my pillow and
spending time with people.  I'm
spayed, vaccinated and
microchipped & all ready for my

year old Pug that has recently made my way
into the Tails of Hope facility.  I am very sweet,
house trained, vaccinated, and all ready to find
my new forever home!  My tongue sticks out of
my mouth permanently.  The veterinarian told
me it's because I was born with a really large
tongue.  I love to curl up on my pillow and
